| Drawing upon a vast, collective experience of overseeing the implementation of the EMC Directive, the various safety directives and wider CE marking issues, our team of Trading Standards Officers will each outline a couple of examples that illustrate the key features of their work, in areas which will especially interest Club members. They will talk about how they collaborate with and advise local business and industry, helping companies meet their legal obligations in a cost-effective manner, as well as featuring some cases where they have exercised their enforcement powers in situations of non-compliance or unsafe conditions. | ||
